PHANTOM:

This mission isn't as simple as the one before, it's much more important. You must stop the reelection of the new governor of Metro City. Stopping it by assassination of all the candidates, or completely shutting down the voting stations. Either way, you must create a mini coup d'état and in place of a Allegiance governor must be placed one of PHANTOM's members. Metro City would be soon under PHANTOM's hands. Be warned that we are in the lion's den and this might cause a civil war to happen. Allegiance won't simply stand by and watch us take their power away from the city they control to the core, they will retaliate.

A powerful family has been enslaving and performing harsh experiments on mutants and super powered people. Your mission is to go stop them and guide the experiments back to our headquarters. New members are always welcomed.

Famous movie star, Ronalda Birch, is said to be coming into the country to film a big movie. You know, Ronalda Birch, right? Well, she asked Team PHANTOM to be one of her body guards since she's scared that someone might try to kill her. After plenty of discussion and the process of elimination, we're sending you out to be her bodyguard. Keep her safe, do your best, and bring back an autograph or two~

This mission was a disaster! Not only did get end up getting Ronalda killed, Seth knows you're around and you got captured by the MOD! We lost very valuable information with Ronalda's death as well as a very trustworthy ally. It's going to take a lot of work to try recovering from a blow like that. In the meantime, Haiku's going to let you stay with the MOD to serve as punishment for your failure. We'll be sure to send in help once Psyche comes back and once you think about what you've done.

A friend from the post office called Team PHANTOM a while back. He claimed that there was a massive package just for our team, however, we're not sure to trust this unknown package from whoever may have wanted us to have it. Your missions is to go to the post office in Metro City and investigate the package. If it's not ticking or carrying a spy in it, back to headquarters. If it is... well, we'll leave that up to you.

Reports say that there's a large gathering in the Skapen underground area. From the eyewitnesses, they say that it's an Anti-experimentation demonstration. Who is it run by? That's for you to find out. Make sure things don't get out of hand in Skapen. If this harmless demonstration turns into a riot or if their leader tries to make an early escape, stop them in what ever way is necessary.

Conspiracies against the Allegiance seem to happen every other day. This is the third bombing of business buildings in the past month. Several of the Allegiance workers were killed including a government official from Alabaster. But we have reasons to believe that information is being leaked out to the bombers by an person working for the Allegiance. Figure out who's doing this and bring them down before we lose anything more.

A mysterious rally has formed in the underground scene in Skapen. People seem to be getting the impression that it's just your average underground fashion show. However, we have news that a mysterious organization called the Alleanza di Donne might have something to do with it. We don't know exactly what they're planning or who they are, but keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary as well as any criminal activity.

Replay's Circus:

"Your mission is as simple as it could be~" Madam Replay had stated. It isn't actually. With the new upcoming of the Creaturas, you've been sent out to investigate this new threat. How exactly? Replay has granted your powers back to you for a temporary time while you complete this mission. Do your best to try getting close to one of these new mutants. The higher ranking one the better. But when you do befriend a Creatura, be sure to bring them back to the circus for questioning.

It seems that our informants have been disappearing recently. Every time when we send an agent out, they come back empty handed, saying that the informant is either dead or left in pure fright. And with high demand on information and such, we need to gather as much information as we can. So as much as Replay despises even mentioning her name, we need you to visit Hydrix at her office and claim any information she's willing to give. After all, you have encountered her and gotten on her 'good side,' right? Replay has given you something to exchange for the information, but be sure to be ready in case Hydrix has an extra trick up her sleeves.

With this new bit of information that the League of Shadows is officially active, Replay's Circus will definitely be on the look out for those informant killers. That means you have to be more careful when going out and not get so careless. In the meantime, with Hydrix a bit more occupied with the Underground league and becoming less violent when you're around, the circus probably has gained a new ally in the information business. Well done.

Lately, we’ve been getting a lot of business from one particular person. Replay has been getting agitated since she’s a very busy woman, so she requested that you would keep him company. Try to complete his wishes to the best of your abilities, gain some extra information if you can, and find out what he truly wants from the circus.
