This mission isn't as simple as the one before, it's much more important. You must stop the reelection of the new governor of Metro City. Stopping it by assassination of all the candidates, or completely shutting down the voting stations. Either way, you must create a mini coup d'état and in place of a Allegiance governor must be placed one of PHANTOM's members. Metro City would be soon under PHANTOM's hands. Be warned that we are in the lion's den and this might cause a civil war to happen. Allegiance won't simply stand by and watch us take their power away from the city they control to the core, they will retaliate.

(I know everyone loves my silly opinions... But I believe this opening is too good to be true. Be extra careful and good luck)

The Manda News Stand has been going crazy with their usual gossip and stories. It doesn't seem like must of a problem since they're simply informing the city, right? Wrong. Word from Replay's Circus is that the crazy newspaper editor, Hydrix, has top secret files on Team PHANTOM. Unless her demands are met, she's going to leak them to the Allegiance. Do whatever you think is necessary to make sure those files aren't leaked. Be careful not to get on Hydrix's bad side though, Haiku advises. She's not the most friendly person you'll meet.

Well, that actually went well, Nero. I mean, at least you came back with both your arm and your head. Too bad you have to work for Hydrix of all people. Hope you come back alive after a week, 'kay? But the good news is that we got the information out of her hands. However, unless you don't do what she tells you, then we'll be toast! G'luck, and have fun dealing with Hydrix~

It is "joyous" time of year when annual Allegiance ball is just around the corner. For safety, the tickets are always sold in advance. An anonymous person bought 20 tickets, this goes beyond the normal amount usually bought. We have found this oddly suspicious. Go undercover and search the source of this mysterious buying, report back with your findings.

(This is rather odd... Sounds like someone is trying to seek in extra people in the party, people who didn't pass the background check. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some group like PHANTOM or Replay's Circus trying to sneak in.)

Reports say that there's a large gathering in the Skapen underground area. From the eyewitnesses, they say that it's an Anti-experimentation demonstration. Who is it run by? That's for you to find out. Make sure things don't get out of hand in Skapen. If this harmless demonstration turns into a riot or if their leader tries to make an early escape, stop them in what ever way is necessary.

The media and the press is going crazy with the different events going on, but your main focus is investigating the Creaturas that escaped from the Allegiance labs. We have managed to track down two different creaturas, one located somewhere in Banlieue while the other is in interrogation. Your mission is to track down the other creatura and bring them back for interrogation. Don't cause a scene though, Gage. After all, Banlieue isn't like Krieg. There are more innocent civilians here.

Due to your recklessness, Gage, the people in Banlieue are wondering where there are several bullet holes and a broken street light in front of my house specifically. Smooth move, doofus... You didn't even manage to capture Vincent since you were trapped under a street lamp for God's sakes. That's really sad right there. But the good news is that the MOD knows what those Creaturas are after. Even more bad news though is that when Unknown hears about how you're protecting a mutant, you'll be screwed over. Good luck dealing with her...

Replay's Circus:

Madam Replay has been extremely busy preparing for the State of Union meeting, her informant assignments, and managing the circus. She has asked you to complete some errands for her: Go buy some flowers for one of her clients, purchase some police uniforms from the uniform shop in Skapen, receive some files from one of our sources outside the circus, the usual really. But the main thing she wants you to do is meet with team PHANTOM and plan a co-op mission with them.
